Welcome to Cowichan Lactation. I am a Registered Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I offer in-home (or in-hospital) breastfeeding support for mothers living from Victoria to Ladysmith, BC.

If your baby is less than 6 weeks old, my services are funded through your BC Care Card. You can self-refer or be referred by your doctor or midwife. I always aim to see you at home within 24 hours.

I am available to help with all aspects of breastfeeding. Visits are up to one hour long, during which I work with you to identify your feeding goals and challenges, create a care plan and provide follow up support, including additional visits as necessary.
